Texas medical technology backed iNitrile on its way to launch USA’s biggest safety glove factory
iNitrile, a medtech supplier and creator and developer of automated disposable glove dispensers to accommodate virus protection in organisations, has received $33 million as a subsidiary of Texas Medical Technology, a reputed medtech firm. Jad Shraim, who is presently the co-founder and CFO of Texas Medical technology, has played a key role in the same fund acquisition process. Shraim's present job will be expanded to include iNitrile, and he will now be the co-founder and CFO of the newly created company. Shraim's contributions support the team's goal of constructing the world's largest glove factory. Shraim will be joining the Texas Medical Technology team, which is led by Dimitri Menin, President, and Omri Shafran , Founder and CEO.
